   so since the tec nine and this gun are in the same place is that why this mod has my gam ctd on start up till i remove it

   I uninstalled the mod but I still find the gun here and there. anyone else have this problem and, if so, how do I fix it?

      Uninstalling a mod through vortex doesnt do what you think it would, you either have to know what your doing or use MO2 instead

   Nice early gun but i have an issue where the iron sight is not aligned anymore in ads after a few shot.

   I like the gun, but it spawns on enemies that shoot it, and they shoot it way too loud.

   audio on this as well as the TEC9 mod are, quite frankly, BAD

   Would the 3rd person animation for this work for the Grease Gun mod?

      No, it wouldn't. You can check for yourself, go to FO4 edit and swap the anims, the Grease should be FP10mmanims and the kedr is probably gripsrifleanims or something similar.
      Short answer, one utilizes 10mm base, the other I believe is the smg as a base.

   For this mod and the TEC-9 mod, I have no idea which files I should and shouldn't download. Does anyone know what files I should download for those?

    its a nice gun but theres a sound issue where no matter where the gun is shot from it sounds as if it was shot point blank, would like a fix for this at somepoint?
