Anyway, I can't see soviet-russian gun widespread in Commonwealth. By lore, USA was in war with China, not USSR. But USSR trade with China so these specific and rare guns can be sold too, but not for use by regular army. Command can use it, for example crew and captain of strategic nuclear submarine.
I mean, I do applaud you for going the lore-friendly route, but I will play devil's advocate here and point out that there's a sizeable contingent of players who have a high turnover rate for new characters and they may not want to be railroaded to specific locations or questlines every single time just to pick up a single item they want. Hence why I'm usually in favor of at least having Leveled List injection or having a item be craftable as an option. Players don't have to make use of those options, but the ones who do would be pretty grateful I'd imagine.
There. I've been "That Guy" and made the argument for LL Injection and craftables. No one else needs to do it now.
Just to say - THANK YOU for making this stand-alone. People for some reason LOVE making replacements, which I personally dislike. More variety is always better. Endorsed.
@Cavemanpaws It's an ESP that reads like an ESL. Historically, the In-Game ESP Explorer doesn't handle those well, which is why you don't see it being recommended much on GloriousWarrior's mods, which tend to be ESL-fied ESPs so they don't count against the effective load limit.
It's a choice mod authors have at creation: convenience of an ESP or the light weight of an ESL.
There's actually a similar revolver and a carbine version made for the civilian market (OTS-135 and MTS-569 respectively), although I doubt you'd be able to get one outside of Russia.

Just imagine some random raider carry this cannon and shoot at your character.

Warrior, do as you like with this argument.

Let's have some fun.
In REAL life!
TWO of them!
At least two.
I'm going to give them names and tuck them into bed like children.
