Description
This is a subtle, dynamic ENB preset that brings back a touch of the lighting and colors from classic Fallout.
I believe the vanilla Fallout 4 color pallet does not fit the tone of post-apocolyptia. The colors are too vibrant/juvenile and it clashes with the atrocities of human depravity in the Commonwealth leaving me feeling awkward...
However, I don't like visuals that are heavily modified... I wanted something I could "set and forget"... so all my settings are as conservative and adaptive as possible. You'll notice the most dramatic color/lighting changes in bright/vibrant scenes whereas darker/gloomier environments will almost look like vanilla. Although honestly I forget it's even there, and that's exactly what I want...
Performance
On my GTX 1080 running at 1440p Ultra:
- The full version drops my fps by ~ 20%
- The lite version drops my fps by ~ 5%
Installation
1. Download and Install ENB for Fallout 4 (http://enbdev.com/download_mod_fallout4.htm)
• I originally designed this preset for wrapper version 0.455
2. Download the full or lite version of my preset
3. Copy the contents of the folder named "Copy contents to Fallout 4 root directory"
• Your Fallout 4 root directory is the folder that contains 'fallout4.exe'
