About this mod
Allows you to craft Iguana Bits (raw) from Raw Deathclaw Meat.
- Permissions and credits
Recipes are at the cooking station under Roast. The base is 3:1, but the more Deathclaw meat you use, the better the ratio of Chunks.
1 Deathclaw Meat = 3 Iguana Chunks (3:1)
10 Deathclaw Meat = 45 Iguana Chunks (3.5:1)
50 Deathclaw Meat = 200 Iguana Chunks (4:1)
Iguana Bits can be crafted, with 1 wood into Iguana On A Stick, in my opinion one of the best foods in the game. It heals 40 damage and weighs only 0.1. Only Squirrel on a stick has a better straight heal, at 45 for 0.1 weight. I'm leaving off any way to get Squirrel Bits in this mod, because they can be crafted into an EXP boosting food. I highly recommend Squirrels of the Commonwealth by eskanonen. If you are also a little fluffy squirrel, you may want Squirrels of the Commonwealth -NERFED- by amokrun1.
I recognize that the "problem" this mod "corrects" is intentional. Because Squirrel on a Stick and Iguana on a Stick are light and heal a fair amount, they needed to not be readily available to the player. You'll find raw iguana and squirrel on vendors and in containers, of course, and that is also intentional. To give the player access to these foods, while also making their components scarce. It's good game design. Unfortunately, they pissed all that down their leg by making StimPaks available EVERYWHERE. Nice one, Zenimax.
