I have a weird bug in my game. The Quantum creatures are relatively rare to find, as they should be. EXCEPT the Ghoule. I suspect a conflict with “More Feral Ghouls”, at least it happens more than often that I am suddenly attacked by groups of 15-20 Quantum Ones (Ghouls), which are often accompanied by a single Plutonium Ghoul. Because I have a mod that additionally increases the radiation, I am sometimes surrounded by this group of ghouls and literally microwaved.
Sorry for being so dense, but do I need to download both Quantum Creatures - EN Plugin and Quantum Creatures - Resources for this to work (for English)?
no encuentro porque no me funciona el mod, utilizo vortex y veo los 3 archivos en data, ahi es donde van verdad?, tiene que ver algo el idioma del juego?
The problem is that for new creatures with a different color, you already need to make some kind of description of why they exist in the world. My colleague didn't have to do this with the Plutonium ones because it was one of the first mods for creatures, everyone was happy about it. Therefore, I do not see any reason for this yet. Although I know for sure that patches need to be made for other mods that add creatures, like the mods of the Capital Wasteland team, to add the same variety to them.
If you're complaining about them "not showing up" on their own or with Plutonium creatures: Make sure you're actually downloading the EN plugin(or RU if you're russian), the resources file, AND the patch file(if you're using Plutonium creatures) - The download stats indicate some of y'all aren't doing it right which can explain why things don't work for you. LOL
It works. However, I've heard that it doesn't if you also have Plutonium Creatures or whatever it's called installed too (even if you have the patch, I guess). So try to avoid doing that.
I just installed it today on a lv74 save, and maybe 15 minutes in I ran across a Quantum Radroach near Sanctuary, then a couple Quantum Feral Ghouls in Concord, and then a few more Quantum Feral Ghouls over in Cambridge. Then a couple Quantum Radstags. That said, I do have a mod installed that gives random roaming clusters of enemies, and Radstorms in my game bring in a hoard of 10 Feral Ghouls. So, I probably have a higher chance to encounter them.
They don't really hit very hard at our level though, BUT they are quite tanky, so they can require a bit of attention, which makes them a threat, since there's probably other Ghouls or whatever clustered with them. If you play on Survival, they give a ridiculous amount of experience, though. Might want to consider lower their XP yield, I might too.
Never installed the plutonium variants so not sure what could be stopping them from showing up, would something like deadlier deathclaws or npcs travel stop it working? they're the only ones i have that edit creatures in any way
