   Unique player as a req is where I have to walk away. Sorry, but last time I tried to use that it made my character look like a burn victim, and as you have to rewrite the game files in the first place, I had to wipe out my entire fo4 folder to get rid of it.
    I really wld like to see this as a Looks menu overlay, but... not with that req, sorry.

      It's a pity, maybe you had some kind of conflict with another mod last time. Unfortunately, I have not yet worked with Looks menu

      You can try to install Unique Player again, in which case Unique Player can be uninstalled, this should not cause conflicts, if I do for Looks Menu I will let you know.

      Throwing my hat in here for looksmenu overlays. It's such a great framework for tattoos and the like, I really hope you do consider doing this.

      Bumping for a looksmenu option as well. Unique player is buggy as hell.

      I agree as well.  LooksMenu vs. Unique Player?  That's like using NMM when MO2 is available.  Unique Player is a bag of bugs, kudos to people who get it working, they probably have 20 plugins, but most of us usually cram in a megashitton of mods.  It's really about what you consider must haves in your load order, and learning to use the tools to help you have a clean and stable play.
      
      I'll peek in another time as I'm playing a female anyway right now.  But from the massive TWO screenshots, I can see it has good detail.

   I love the idea of this, but apart from Unique Player, do I need any kind of body replacer for this? I hope not, as it's really hard to find things made for the vanilla body

      You do not need anything except Unique Player, first install Unique Player, and then this mod with replacement
