This is really great! Thank you for this! exactly what I needed because I always end up making another floor on that damn roof EVERY time in EVERY playthrough. My settlement building skills aren't that great as well so its never pretty up there, lol. Might I suggest adding balconies, would be nice to put some guard mats there.. and doors, oh man don't we need doors. Lets not forget that even female ghouls needs their privacy haha. Then again its up to you what you think is best, these are merely suggestions really. Anyways I really like this, nothing that's over the top, just some simple additions that looks like it was already there in the beginning.
Actually i'm very glad that you liked this mod and i like your suggestions they are very helpful i will tray to make the next update soon with some of them . where do you like the balconies to be ? don't forget to Endorse the mod ?
Cool man, no pressure. I'm thinking maybe the small balconies could be placed at the side of each of the rooms, and probably a big one next to the center hall as in above where the entrance is(Entrance in Image 3)
I always added another floor as well. Take out the roof window panel, replace the roof decos with warehouse floors, cuss at the wall edges looking dumb, add walls and roof, then rearrange the downstairs furnishings to allow a stairway from the upper floor where the very first bit I removed used to be.
Balconies with doors beside each room could hold houseplants (or turrets) with the railings playing host to electrical posts at the corner of each balcony.
For the working bathrooms/showers crowd I can see Wiseman wanting at least 10 additional water which will reactivate the showers at ground floor and possibly raise the pool water level another foot. Frankly, after a full day's slogging with the tarberries I'd want a good shower, too.
