      Hey bro it may be too late but I've got it to work. Make sure that you enable the looks menu, because I didn't and it did not show up in the preset menu. Then use the console command to spawn the clone etc to edit the look (look it up on youtube). Maybe give this a try

   When i go into her looksmenu to change the preset, only the body changes, not the face

   when im loading the preset, her face just becomes a mash of black blocks and her face isnt changed to anything resembling the pictures above.
