would really love for the cart to have its own bgsm files so I can make unique (more fun) textures but so far any time I assign different/new bgsm in nifskope it crashes the game.
Your mod description made me think of this 50s British comedy called Child's Play. Some little kids build a nuclear bomb and it features a ton of popcorn, so it feels super relevant lol. The movie is up on Tubi, there's a funny scene at the 44 minute mark where they are trying to figure out how to make this American thing called "popcorn" and they seem to be a little confused. 2.1 seems to have done the trick. I noticed a 4 point food swing and happiness was on the rise. Thank you for your hard work.
Observations: The assigned settler will sandbox to other food objects in the area rather staying put. Also the animations are a wee bit jarring. I've seen the settler cut up meat and place it in the stand. Also the settler when he or she leans, is leaning on air. Also will wipe a non-existent countertop. It might be better to use the animations off a different vendor but that's a matter of personal opinion.
Couple questions, why are there two machines? And too entries in the cooking station? Is one supposed to be Wild or Fresh or something along those lines?
There's two machines because I'm lazy. If you're using a mod organizer, it will install both the ESL and ESP I included in my zip file, because I didn't make a FOMOD. I am sorry for this. I am going through my recent mods and uploading separate versions, I'll have this one updated when this post is a couple minutes old.

But if you do, may I suggest a Buzzbites retex? I saw your issues with the paper bag but in my opinion the box is closer to a box of popcorn, especially those kids deal boxes. Especially when compared to a Pringles can.
You are only supposed to activate the .esl or the .esp not both, correct? And this doesn't touch the chemstation in any way, right?
I ask because I have been activating the .esl and running it, only to get a crash at the menu screen. Now I know my chemstation is quite full(cough, weapon and armor mods are tacticool, cough) but I figured this probably didn't mess with it. Now if I am supposed to activate both .esl and .esp for some reason that would be a duh moment and I would feel really stupid. If not I'll chalk it up to 190 mods and call it a day. Either way, nice addition to the game. 100 happiness is a touch much but hey its popcorn. (I'd gone with a solid eighty. Two times the full powered restaurant seems appropriate. -smile- )
