A grievous oversight on the part of the gamemakers, I have introduced the world's greatest snack food into the Commonwealth.

V2.2 Messed around and got a decent working animation.
V2.1 I really, really fixed it this time! If your happiness does not start to increase right away, leave the settlement for a day, or save and reload seems to work as well.
Version 2.0 *HOPEFULLY* I mean, it SEEMS like it fixes the happiness thing. Also, I got my texture working, so there's a new bag of popcorn in the game!
How is there not popcorn?
Popcorn is an absolute staple of the retro-futuristic, 1950s-America motif that Fallout uses. Popcorn at the drive-in, popcorn on the midway, homemade kettle corn at Christmas. Popcorn is easy to make, and corn is already in the game. I even modeled and very badly textured a cool retro popcorn wagon that you can assign a settler to. It produces 4 food and 100 Happiness because popcorn is awesome.
You can also make popcorn at the cooking station and put it in old potato chip cans (because my popcorn bag texture crashes the Creation Kit). It gives you +1 Agility and Charisma, and +5% XP gain for 1 hour. Yeah, I know it's a little overpowered. But like I said, popcorn is awesome.
