READ ME

There are some custom textures and models involved that I used from my Nuka World mod required for this.

All the custom meshes in this mod are textured with Bethesda assets.

I am releasing this as a resource to only be used as it's intended. Not to be
included in any other full adventure type mods (i.e. Fallout 4 New Vegas, etc.)
They didn't ask nor try to use or ever even contact me - that's just an example.
Player settlements and/or a completed version in the commonwealth is fine, just give appropriate credits.

Navmesh need to be completed.

Light boxes and other details are needed.
