Vault 111 as a fully functional player settlement, with clean, often pristine textures.

Fixed floor keywords so you can actually set furniture on them (let me know if I missed any). Repaired the busted lavatory walls in the atrium, 'cause that fix is hard to do in game.

Turns the small, fenced in area right outside Vault 81 into a tiny settlement. Build area is basically between the fence and the rocks, extends just a bit down the road. Settlers and supply lines work, lets you add 81 to your vault network. ESP Version.

Adds terminal entries (and holotape) to the vanilla 111 overseer's terminal that reveals the locations of other vaults when read. Does not enable fast travel to them. This is primarily for flavor and a future planned expansion.

Turns the Vault-Tec Regional HQ (downtown near the Mass Fusion building) into an working settlement. Still needs navmesh fixes, but everything else seems to be working.

Some tweaks to make building a Vault 111 exterior settlement easier. Deleted all blue boxes, the yellow megaloader, and the red crane, then regenerated all the precombines etc. Much better build experience (gets rid of flashing landscape).

Adds keyword to the doors in the Vault 111 settlement so that they work with Auto Doors. Will NOT make doors autoclose without Auto Doors device (which really need a prettier model.) Version 1.1 removes unneeded dependencies (sorry about that.)

Same as the ESP version. Pick one. Do NOT change mid game or the settlement will break and stop working.

The Vault-Tec Regional HQ mod with the ESP flagged as an ESL. Switching to this will break any save that has already claimed the HQ as a settlement.

See sticky post for details. Replaced the boss chest so that the CC Vault Suit Customization is completable. Minor tweaks, including moving fast travel landing outside the building to avoid breaking supply lines.
