Splint kits don't heal limbs. They lack the required affect in FO4Edit as the limb effect is directly tied to the stim heal effect which is missing. Also are there supposed to be animations with this?
Keep in mind that Agony has not been updated in years, and (from what I've seen at least) no one has tried to pick up the torch and make a modernized patch.
Which file/row in FO4Edit do I need to edit in order to modify Compress' healing value? I'm asking because I don't want to be using Wasteland Ballistics and without it Compress is pretty much worthless since there is no bleeding mechanic.
Other than that it's a great mod, it adds just the right amount of depth to the healing mechanics of FO4 without being over the top.
You need https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15853 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46724 1st stops limbs regenerating, 2nd stops stimpaks healing them. You have to visit a doctor or sleep in a bed. I think the splint kit from this mod would be great with those others but I don't know whether edits to the stimpak in this mod would conflict with 'Stimpaks don't heal limbs'
The weights definiely need some modification, but I love the work!
Medkits could weigh a pound, and a splint could either be 0.3 or 0.5. At this point there's nothing wrong with hoarding as many as you can get your hands on.

Just don't get shot in both legs!

Keeps gunfights from turning into silly contests of how many stimpacks and steaks one can consume to out-heal the incoming damage.
