You could join a discord from one of the Group making huge fallout mods and ask for help or hints :3 find the discord group for like fallout 4 new vegas or captial wasteland or the one for fallout Miami
Just look up a tutorial for getting custom meshes (custom objects) into FO4. You would need to create the 3D models and the textures for the vending machines first of course. With something like Blender or 3DSMAX. (Learning 3d modelling is the hard part, getting the objects into the game is the easy part) (Or get them from "somewhere" and then modify them a bit so they will work with FO4)
And you would need a script that plays the music when the player gets close to the vending machine. And that script would also have to check if the player has enough caps to buy the drink if the player activates the vending machine and then add the bottle to the players inventory (or immediatley trigger the "drink animation"). The scripting would be the easy part (for me ... I am not that good at creating 3D models and textures)

Hello. Just wanted to chime in and say that M4k4ov worked on a COD Zombies mod, but quit before finishing it. He released the files back in June so that someone else would finish it:
There is no animation since i didnt know how to make the game think it was a actual drink, it does make a drinking sound when you use it, and replaces value and model. a one of my advanced mods (kinda).
maybe you could find the mod maker who did the animated eating and drinking mod and ask to use thoses animations :3 and just made the model for the juggernog soda :3
*update* i actually have a idea. i know how to use non replacement mods now, so i think i can just use that to make the fallout 4 think its a drink, i got a plan for yall and im working on it as we speak.
I mean, I'd say to Make a clone of Nuka-Cola Quantium. Place the new mesh and textures on it. Then see if you can add the stats from Buffout to increase max health temporarily. Then add the custom animations. Not telling you what to do, but just an idea.
I suggest using this mod for animations. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47361 it's in first person. It's called Animated Ingestibles.
For anyone wondering: No. It doesn't. It's still a stimpak, just renamed to Jugger-Nog, no animation change, and the model is just a standard Rum bottle. And.. apparently makes them 100% addictive, because who the f*#@ knows why. However, I like the idea behind this. I'm just sad that it didn't go further than what honestly just seems like a gag-gift type mod.
It's not a gag gift mod, (no offense) and its very hard to do all this for a beginner also i didnt add that its 100% addictive, it must be a bug. also im kind of limited since i use fallout 4 edit.

This gave me an idea:
Remake all the Perk-A-Colas and add vending machines (very expensive!) for them around FO4 (maybe a tiny chance that legendary enemies drop them).

Love to see this done, but if nothing else perhaps you can seek permission to use assets?
