Overview
This mod allows you to summon most of the pre-war residents in the first main quest "War Never Changes" by beacon grenade.
It also gives names to nameless NPCs, and CharGen data to NPCs that only appear by name.

How to use
1. Search the area around the elevator inside Vault 111 and find five duffel bags
2. Move to one of your settlements after collecting the contents of the bags
3. [0.1] Throw a beacon grenade that has the name of the NPC you want to summon
3. [1.0] Use a beacon grenade (in the AID tab) that has the name of the NPC you want to summon
4. Confirm that the NPC has appeared, then press and hold the V key to switch to Workshop mode
5. Select the NPC and move them to your settlement with the R key
6. Done!

Needless Lore
Blue and his neighbors saw the flash of the nuclear bomb (deadly powerful gamma, heat, and neutron radiation) and were not killed instantly or even damaged at all.
They also didn't seem to be able to avoid the shock waves, but they were still able to enter the Vault in five pieces.
From this, we can guess that the people who could not enter the Vault survived for a certain number of days.
If there was any factor that could have caused their deaths, it would have been the radioactive fallout that would have fallen in a few hours (also known as "black rain").
This can be seen from the two graves in Mr. Smith's house and Mr. Jahani's bunker.

From this point on, history will be altered by this mod.
The residents who had been crowding Vault 111 were sent into subspace by someone.
This experiment was conducted in secret by a CIT student who was participating in Vault-Tec's internship program.
He felt that Vault-Tec's experimental methods were too far-fetched, so he had tampered with the cryosleep pods.
He made it so that the residents would be thawed out 180 days after the staff members were evacuated and automatically frozen in subspace by a prototype molecular relay in the basement of CIT.

But he wasn't satisfied with that.
If this experiment was successful, the credit would go to Vaut-Tec.
So he decided to send the people who had not entered Vault 111 to subspace first.
(The only exception was Mr. Hawthorne. He happened to be visiting a "client" and escaped danger, and his descendants became residents of Diamond City.)
If they survived, the credit goes to the researcher, not to Vault-Tec.
It was a perfect plan, really. :-)

It was necessary to leave a small number of people inside Vault 111 as a comparison.
Blue, his spouse and young Shaun were chosen as the sample.

The results of this experiment are still unknown, because the technology to reconstruct streamed objects was not yet established in the 2070s when this experiment was conducted.
The first successful teleportation experiment in the 2180s was conducted by a researcher at the Institute Advanced Systems Division.
He completed a paper left by his ancestors and used it as a basis to develop a standard for a system that is still in use in 2287.

A "backwards-compatible" teleportation beacon is still gathering dust somewhere inside Vault 111.
The poor neighbors are probably still floating around in subspace as worm-like matter streams.

6. 完了

Q&A

A. QASmokeかDavesMods - In Game ESP Explorer Maintenanceが役に立つかもしれません。
