Or use this https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/44798 - High FPS Physics Fix, that is specifically helpful for high end PCs and set up everything you want within that tool, without touching Experience or other external software. Cheers

that mod doesn't persist through most loading screens, leaving you to have to quit out completely and load the game back up after disabling and re-enabling the mod.

By selecting borderless, you mean turn it on or off?

I do not understand, this solution is perhaps for low fps in cities?

      No.

That is caused because cities have a lot of detail - and it takes work to render them.
Especially if some mods break precombines.

This is a specific case for a specific series of cards - it will not do much for others.
  9. The real problem here is that you're using GForce Experience. A game with settings as complex/convoluted as Fallout 4 won't benefit from it.

Oh, and pleease...  BACKUP YOUR .ini's FIRST!!

there are 2 alternate methods how you could change that setting too.

    1.:  Edit the .ini's directly.
2.:  Use Bilagos Fallout 4 Configuration Tool and change it in there.   (Borderless + Fullscreen + Maximise only!)
