    Load order:
    Easy Homebuilder
    Ash's Clean Sanctuary
    SanctuaryNPCStartHouse

The dependency on your mod is the big problem, as the authors live here on Nexus, so your mod is no longer available for download since the others no longer exist.

house looks like old one but now it flickers where the new house is combined with the old one.  I am using Ashes clean sanctuary & the homemaker mod required, but as I said it is flickering between the old house & the new.
    Also load order is correct

Have you installed this to an existing game or new game. When I did this and loaded an existing save the old and new were both there. With a new game haven't seen this happened. Though did find if you leave Sanctuary, go somewhere else, save game, then quit to main menu and reload that save fixes the issue for me. Actually many of the old houses would be there if Ashe's was installed and used in an existing save. That was also fixed by doing what I stated. Leave, save, main menu, reload. This is because ash's doesn't remove the houses, just has them disabled. Hope this helps.

Its' a nice house and i  love the load order you put these mods into, all i am expecting now is a blueprint from yours.

Doing a blueprint or building it in game means it will count towards your settlement cap. This way doesn't. So you get a house with no effect on settlement cap. If your using a mod to raise the cap, then won't matter. But the vanilla cap fills way too fast. So this gives another way to bypass the cap without a mod.
