double cursor bug? Do you mean dhow your desktop cursor shows up in the game? like each time I start up lately the loading mouse wheel stays up there. Or is this just for if you are playing using a game pad?

It refers to what frequently happens when you alt-tab out of and into a game specifically (Skyrim, Fallout 4, ect..)
Basically you end up with both the ingame curser and your desktop curser on the screen, usually with limited screen usability.

Actually FO4 gets rid of the mouse cursor after you exit the load screen. I'm assuming you have this issue when you alt+tab during a load sequence. I know there are some graphical issues that can arise when you alt+tab out during a load screen but alt+tab back before it finishes loading. If you're going to multitask, give FO4 a minute (a whole 60 seconds) to finish loading before you return to it.

If you follow this and still have issues, I'm afraid this might actually be a "you" problem.

There are multiple ways of trying to fix this bug. Some involve alt tabbing, opening task manager, moving windows around, etc..

This is just a brute force fix to never have this problem while playing. When we can use OneTweak (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40706/?) with the FO4SE then this app won't be needed.

For me, this bug happens not because of alt-tabbing, but from Windows 10 deciding to randomly reconnect the mouse or something, causing the cursor to appear in the game. After days of searching for fixes I finally found this program.
