Can't seem to complete Nicking Micky quest. I got to the parking lot and looted everything I could see, but I couldn't find anything else and the map marker was still there.
I know i'm late to the party here, and i'm sure you've figured it out as it's been a year, but leaving this comment for a future person who might have the issue cos it baffled me for ages. You get a note in your inventory when you loot the parking lot, if you read the note it progresses.
Magazine is in the hunter cabin, with the run away tape. Then.... Pines retirement home, the grave just behind it with granny still sitting in her wheelchair. Then... Parking lot at the lake just south of wicked shipping.
Heya, thx for the mod. I got it installed and now i am reading that there is a compatibility issue with the latest release. Question can I remove this mod from my save? I reached level 40 now and I hate to uninstall stuff midplay but I am worried about compatibility as well. Any advice?
When I put your addon, it is impossible to start 1 story quest of the SimS. I build a beacon, Jake comes, but if I try to save the game crashes. Disconnect - everything is fine.
Actually after rescuing folks from Concord, not even having built anything yet beyond the first intro lot- the game will crash on save. I have to disable this mod for the saving to not CTD. Haven't pinned down exactly why yet.
Once I built the Micky's by dlrbehd77 plot, all of my general goods merchants inventory all switched to Delivery receipt, Dinky the T Rex, and shipments only
At some point after getting this screen, my game started to crash when I try to save. When I disabled this mod, I was able to save again. I guess you can't help me with this, because you already told beowulfmax who had a similar problem that you cannot help him, but I figured you should at least be aware of this problem, because it results in a serious game breaking problem. You can't save with this mod enabled, but while disabling the mod solves the problem with being unable to save, it is probably not the best solution in the long run, because saves created after removing mods tend to create unnecessary save bloat when the mod wasn't properly uninstalled and I suppose your mod doesn't come with a switch that would correctly undo every change it made so that I could disable the mod and eventually enable it again to see if I can make it work at later time in case the first time something broke because two mods have collided somehow and trying again at later time might yield better results.
EDIT: Going back to the save just before finishing that quest which shows this screen seems to return to normal save function, so the problem which breaks saving might have something to do with this quest...
sorry for the late reply. It must be the problem with the injection method of a new custom pet. If you turn off Auto-Restock option you might wanna turn that back on. Otherwise, honestly Idk exactly what causes the problem. The recent update might have broke it.
Idk why but it will work again when you reload the save/game. You can fix it by changing the method of texture loading, but I don't recommend doing it bc it may cause conflicts with some mods.

EDIT: Going back to the save just before finishing that quest which shows this screen seems to return to normal save function, so the problem which breaks saving might have something to do with this quest...
You can fix it by changing the method of texture loading, but I don't recommend doing it bc it may cause conflicts with some mods.
