An interesting but slow 'come on' to power for me even though the height is gained. The AP meter doesn't move but when you touch down it is still drained as you cannot immediately 'get going' again and in close action this is dangerous. The immediate speed of the vanilla is better for me even if the height is limited, especially when using the vented explosives on groups of enemies. I see that there is an update on the mod for NMM so perhaps I should try that.
I have uninstalled the mod but may try the updated NMM version soon. I shall keep trying to work it out, the concept is good but too slow and laborious for me and with feet pacing sounds as well.
Would love that feature being able to charge in with a thrust. Hammer of wrath +1 and with the new space marine armor I'm one step closer to a skyclaw in fallout
Thank you so much! Endorsed! Is there any way to make these as individual mods for the power armor torso? That'd let us change these in game instead of opening the mod manager and swapping the esps.
I know it's not perfect, but as servant of HIS HOLY MAJESTY, only the bulky jump pack can be consider imperial design (not enough emblem is forgiven by HIS HOLINESS)
Just tried this out for the first time today and I love it!
I did have a question, as I see so many mods that have "No AP and FC drain", I wasn't sure if this one affects the rate of drain at all? If not, it seems pretty good still as I never used the vanilla Jet Packs, but I'd love to not have to replace FC's just because I wanna fly around at gaze at the scenery in Recon Mode, LOL!
Good mod, and kudos for the awesome WH40K reference! Endorsed!!! :-)
Thanks a lot! Im glad you like it, the vanilla jetpack was called "flamer" for a reason, it drained your AP in about 3 seconds and would boost you up just so far with a lot of smoke around you.
I was so excited to have a jetpack that when i had it, i made it useful. The recon mode made me appreciate the Physicist perk way more, since you can eject the FCs as timebombs. So i got like 5k FCs just for one reason: Fly with recon mode above enemies and release about 10 FCs. WWII bombers will feel dull compared with this
(And if you add these mods: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/2961 AND http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3648 it will become incredibly insane, trust me, you must try it).
As GECK comes out, I will resume making Jetpacks something totally combat-oriented. In his name! *slays everything*

I highly recommend it. That's the way I wanted to play with the jet pack in vanilla. Thanks!

Did you watch the videos i posted here? I think theres no AP drain there or is there?
Im sure its possible, since ive seen modders do it, but i have no clue on how to do that.
If i find a bit of free time for this i will definitely try to find out how to do it!
Cheers!
absolut lovely MOD with realistic Conditions. I do not like Jetpack MODS where i could fly as high as you want.
Your One is like it should be, realisitic limitations in a perfect Rate.
Love to use my Tesla with your Jetpack now.
Endorse and Kudos
PS. Sorry for the delayed reply, the system did not notify me of any posts.
