Thank you much for this fix, my sky functions now. I tried the "ENS w/ Improved VGF" mod but it just totally disabled the texture. (I probably did something wrong.)
Thank you SOOO much! This is the perfect balance of exploration and discoveries while maiontaining a balance. I want to search for them, but not frantically search every square inch of the common wealth. And we can adjust the radius. its PERFECT! Out of curiosity, which radius are you using? I was thinking of tring 20 feet. Thats 420 units. Poetic. lol
Opps! that was ment for another mod. lolol (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/78088?tab=files)
I still appreciate your work tho! Fixed my night :)
sadly nothing worked for me at all. The whole galaxy still jumps up and down whenever I walk/run, but thanks for posting possible fixes for others who it might help!
Edit: Found it too sad to play without a galaxy so I thought that since there's a visible 'seam' in the sky where the galaxy starts moving up and down when walking/running - if I made the galaxy NOT cover the whole sky, it could fix it. And it worked! Fiddled around with it using Gimp and got a small galaxy that fades out on both sides since otherwise it'd look weird in the middle of the sky that doesn't jump around when running :)
So for step one once I get to the meshes folder do I go delete Sky.ini and have this there instead? I'm New to modding so I need some extra help I'm kinda lost. Thanks
can you fix the version details here on the nexus? your "latest version" is set as 2.0 but the mod file in downloads is set as 1.0, so theres a version discrepance in mod managers. thx
Hey, original author of the mod here, I will upload my own galaxy framework with a 2K milky way texture and fixed meshes in a few days which should be superior to the original mod, just hold on
