    There is a change happening.
I don’t know enough about Sim Settlements 2 to be helpful when someone has a problem.
They have built it so I don’t need to know anything. I just put the plots down and watch them go.
Effective immediately the comments will be turned off.
If you need help go to Sim Settlements Forum.
They are best equipped to help.

Looks great! Did you do anything to the interior?

I'm sorry I missed this post.

I ran into the build limit so I didn't do much inside.

Are there mods required for this that are not listed. I tried to look at the residential plots near the road at the end of the rocket auning. and they said that no plans are available. also running into a problem with power. several of the plots are not connecting to the grid. mostly the residental plots in the back and front, as well as the communication plot

I'm very sorry I missed this question, Nexus didn't notify me.
This should fix the no plans are available error. Go to a planner's desk and open the terminal.
Go to  Tools > Advanced   then click [reset building plan caches]
Electrical issues, unfortunately, happen sometimes. For me, it's the bugaboo to SS1 and SS2. I wish it was all radiant power, no wires.
Go to the plot and look to see if it does have power. The lightning bolt will be green. Red no power. If you want it fixed you will have to wire it yourself. That's the only way I know of.
Sometimes when an area has no power putting in another generator close by will solve the issue.

Looks really cool, going to give it a try.

A few things that I would like to see if possible:

    Settlers per level.
On which level it has the caravan plot.
What's the intended focus of the settlement, like produce scrap or building materials or food or whatever.
If it requires supplies from another settlement to sustain itself.

Thank you for taking your time.

Those are all very good questions and I'll try to answer them (And will incorporate them in future plans).

Roughly 3 people per level. I really didn't keep track of this. The number of eventual beds should be more than settlers. Unless you continue to broadcast for more.

The caravan was the third thing I put down, 1st level. Up by the road. I don't know if this is true, but I would think you would want to set up trade ASAP (your thoughts on that).  Two security plots upfront also. Gate & tower. Then a food plot in the back. I believe as I was building this and Da Croup at the same time. So that would be four settlers on 1st level.

I've built a lot of settlements in SS1 (none released). My primary focus has always been the safety of the settlers. That's why I almost always build a wall and have several turrets. I love building on small plots. IMO it requires a little more forethought. You can't put everything in a place like Red Rocket unless you go verticle in the building. But we have a build limit for the contest. In my own world, I try to put whats, not in this settlement, in others.

Happiness is another big priority for my settlers. It seems that it takes more recreational plots to get high happiness levels than in SS1. But it's too early for me to make that judgment.

About supplies from another settlement? I don't know how "realistic" SS2 has been built. But I would say yes, a small settlement will have to rely on other settlements to get all of its needs. Especially in industry.

IMO a settlement must have these:
Security. The ability to defend and protect themselves.
Electricity, water, food, and housing. Everyone needs the basic essentials.
Everything else depends on space and building limits.

Thank you again. I would have never thought about this had you not asked.

First of all, your plan looks cool!!

Making city plans is a ton of work - and it is appreciated that you have done so and shared with the community.

Just a note - while it is great you put it in the SS2 categoy, AND you have city plan in the name, maybe add SS2 or something to the name as well.

    Regardless, it looks really good!

    Oh, and another note;

THANK YOU FOR THE GOOD PICS!!!!

    Daylight pics!  - check.
    Nighttime pics - check.
    Multiple angles - check.

PICS FROM ABOVE!!! --  oh hell yeah, you have no idea how many plans leave this out.

    thanks again for sharing.
