Pretty sure this messes up the texture for the grimy pre-war businesswear. It becomes the tan version instead of the black version after running bodyslide.
CW has a couple armors with unique skin textures that don't have a bra. Particularly the prostitute outfits. If you use a body replacer the UV's won't line up correctly. The textures are redundant anyway if you use a nude body replacer. The esl changes the path of this new skin texture to the vanilla one to resolve broken skin textures.
Thank you for your work. I tried making this myself in outfit studio but for some reason after changing CBBE reference to TWB and conforming all, the TWB sliders won't work in bodyslide. I feel like it used to be easy when i modded Fallout in 2019.
The mod listed here "Capital Wasteland - True Wasteland Body Conversion" gives you the conversion for several mods, which are listed in the "Nexus Requirements" section on the Description page. You don't have to install all 6 of those mods, you can install the ones you want, and then install this conversion, and build for your preset in Bodyslide. Then you can just build all the outfits, and the meshes you don't use if you don't have all the original mods installed will just take a very small amount of space on your drive. (unless Bodyslide just gives an error message for those that you don't have which you can probably ignore)
There seems to be a problem with 3 of the files in the Capital Wasteland - Fusiongirl conversion. I've double checked it by also manually downloading the mod and taking a peek into the archive file. 3 of the files may be corrupted: Tools\Bodyslide\DliderSets\CW - Combat Armor.osp?73 bytes Tools\Bodyslide\DliderSets\CW - Merc Lucas Duster.osp?73 bytes (xx002698 Duster) Tools\Bodyslide\DliderSets\CW - Painspike.osp?73 bytes (xx00082D Raider Painspike Armor)
Looking into the TWB conversion these files seem ok. But the issue with them in the FG conversion is causing them to not show up in Bodyslide in order to build them, and therefore they do not look the way they should in the game. Perhaps the files just got corrupted when the mod was originally uploaded?
Issue 2:
Can't find 'Merc TroubleMaker' in either conversion, was it left out intentionally?
The rest of the conversion is great, thanks for doing it :)
In the mean time, in order to stop the Painspike Armor from spawning on raiders in the game, here is my workaround*
(Backup your CWRaiders plugin to another directory first to make it easier to restore it if you need to, of course you can also just reinstall the mod which would do the same thing):
- Open CWRaiders plugin in xEdit (a.k.a. FO4Edit) - Click on the Leveled Item section - Click 00DCLL_Armor_CWRaider_All - In the right hand side, right click "Leveled List Entry" directly above the Reference "00DCArmorRaider01 "Raider Painspike Armor" [ARMO:FE00082D]" (Your ID might be slightly different as mine is an esl) - In the resulting context menu, click Remove - This should now remove the Painspike Armor entry from that list - Click the 3 lines in the upper left corner of the program and save
I'm not 100% sure if that is all we need to do, so I'm also going to make the following change, just in case:
- Click Outfit - Choose 00DCOutfitRaider02 (or one of the other ones below it, if you like that armor better) - Under INAM, double click 00DCArmorRaider02 "Raider Sadist Armor" [ARMO:FE00082F] to select it - Copy the text - Click 00DCOutfitRaider01 - Right click 00DCArmorRaider01 "Raider Painspike Armor" [ARMO:FE00082D] - Choose Edit from the context menu - Paste your desired armor in the box and click OK - Save
* If you are using a bashed patch, you should probably rebuild it after changing the plugin based on the above instructions. However, it may take time for that change to propagate in a current game, so if you still see one on a raider then it was likely already spawned with it. But if you are starting out with this change in a new game, you shouldn't see it spawn on raiders. And one final note, the armor looks pretty darn cool on males so feel free to spawn a copy of it using player.additem and give it to male NPC's / Settlers all you want. It just won't look good on females using Fusion Girl since we can't build it in Bodyslide, and I don't know how to only make it spawn on male raiders. But if that's possible and I figure it out I'll update this.

Hopefully that answers the question. :)
