   Version 1.0a is up, which makes Level 0 actually functional. I took "take it down to the studs" too literally and broke Level 0. Now this settlement starts off with a Beacon, a few plots, some power, and some beds at level 0.

      Thanks! I tried to leave plenty of area for the player to expand on while still trying to make it feel like it grew organically.
