   Best looking rebuild out there. unfortunately the ground floor is bugged so that everything, including yourself, falls right through

      Means it needs precombines rebuilt, or undo where it broke them.

   So it looks great, but unfortunately it's almost impossible to place anything on the ground-level floor, items look like they're sinking down through the floor a little bit and refuse to go down properly. :s

   I like that this is quite lore-friendly as are most of norespawns works, however....by removing the body from the top section and the subsequent note he has in fact removed a small quest (which involves a member of the institute and that family).

   This was great! any reason why some debris and the busted up bathroom wall was gone when I disabled precombines in the ini but was back when I enabled them again? was wondering if that was something you did on your end, just found it strange lol. 
   
   Any chance for a Kingsport Lighthouse fix up as well :)?

   I love your mods, they're so tastefully done and authentic to the original feel, while still being just a tad bit more secure!
