   any chance on giving us some info on amount and types of slots used and how far the city dev goes is it only T1 or developed to t3?

      It is a full 4 level plan.  (They count 0 as a level for some reason.)
      
      At level 3 it supports 15 settlers.
      1 power plant
      1 water plant
      1 caravan
      4 guard posts
      1 3x3 farm
      2 recreations
      1 industrial
      2 commercial
      8 (iirc) residential with 2 being multi
      
      All default plots are using basic SS2 plots, so no dependency at all.
      
      Plus walls, misc clutter, lights and turrets.
