I would love to be able to endorse this, but unfortunately every time I enable it, I can no longer open my Perk chart to level up without the game instantly crashing. I exhaustively worked to make sure I didn't have anything that might conflict with it, but even with all other Dogmeat related mods disabled, I can't use this. I am currently running "Everyone's Best Friend", "Unlimited Dogmeat Carryweight", and "Pet Feed Call Dogmeat" together on a fully updated FO4 installation with all DLC, and my game runs fine until I enable this mod even with all those turned off. I don't know how useful this will be for anyone but just in case!
Interesting spin. Seems a little more realistic to have him flee from combat instead of trying to bite that Sentry Bot.
I admit, I was stumped why you'd release a mod that did the same things as the one with 1.5 million downloads, but upon closer reading, cool idea indeed.
First, great idea for a mod. Maybe you should add an explanation to the title of the mod. „Dogmeat is everyone’s best friend - enemys don’t attack him anymore“?
He should still count as a normal companion. But there is another Dogmeat mod on Nexus that allows you to have both Dogmeat and another companion at the same time.
I haven't tested the compatibility yet, but I don't think there should be any conflict between the mods. If there is, I can look into it and find a fix.
