Optimized BA2 file. Sound files remain uncompressed (which is needed for audio to play) while all other files are compressed. Thanks to Kreittis for clarifying how to make mixed compression BA2 files.

Fixed the Mini-14 audio not working. This was due to compressing the BA2 file. Fixed by repackaging BA2 w/o compression.
