   Thanks , i left an image showing Vendor Cart Error. I have installed all the required items. I am not sure what SSEX.ESP is as I have it , only the esp.
   the only item is not available on Nexus any more is Clean and Simple - Red Rocket Startup. Maybe you can google share it for Download.

   This would be awesome if you incorporate "Sim Settlements Two" mod and as a city plan build.
