Hello folks, Yagisan from the Sim Settlements 2 City Plan Contest here.

Rudy has added me as a maintainer for this addon pack, as he has effectively retired from Fallout 4 modding.

I have no plans to add any further plots to this pack, but I will give a good faith effort to fix any bugs found in the mod.

I have created the 1.2 release, and you can see the 1.2 release notes at this link.

IMPORTANT: If you grabbed the very first upload, you need to re-download the current file as it contains the missing .ba2 file. Without that file, the plot could potentially crash your game.
    My humble apologies.
Version 1.01 has incremented the SS2 global variable, is still set as an ESL flagged .esp file and has the .ba2 file included.
Version 1.1 released! Navmesh, moved the ASAM sensor, and preview image of the plot!

What's coming next for version 2.0 - House Keeping

    • Add 2x2 mini-village plot with a small interior courtyard.
    • Add all the pieces parts used to make the plot to the Workshop menu. SMM will then become a requirement of this mod.

Endorsed. I have only used them at a single settlement so far, and I definitely don't plan on setting up a huge barrio of these, but they are very well done.

I liked this mod - use it.  However:

According to Wyre Bash Mod checker - mod has one deleted navmesh.  May cause CTD in specifiv circumstances.

"  The following plugins have deleted navmeshes.
They will cause a CTD if another plugin references the deleted navmesh or a nearby navmesh.
They can only be fixed manually, which should usually be done by the mod author. Failing that, the safest course of action is to uninstall the plugin.

    * __SS2_Addon_Favelabulous.esp:__  1 deleted navmesh
    * __SS2_SIMPDDDD.esp:__  1 deleted navmesh  "

It is a mesh in a SS2 cell called "holding cell"  - I am not sure if it will cause a problem or not - but it is not a base game cell or anything like that.

      JUST an FYI.

      Thanks davethepak

I saw that message too and was worried.  I love this addon.

Any chance these plots are viable for indoor spaces? I feel like there's a desparate lack of small living quarters for those many smaller spaces inside settlement areas...

Hey after I fixed my issue I had at release everything is working great and I am really loving this mod. For only adding a 1x1 plot this is a very handy mod. The flat roofs make it good for stacking them so please keep them flat. I have no issues or complaints with this mod. I do see in the description you have future plans which look good I will add some suggestions if you don't mind. "A 2x2 multi-person mini-village with a small courtyard in the middle.
Rooftop farms that can snap on top of the Favela." Those sound great I really like any multi-person home to save on space. If possible a 1x1 bunk bed version of your plot for 2 settlers would be great. I use every addon for SS2 ( minus any city plans I do my own building with plots) and there are not many 1x1 recreational plots to choose from so if you would be interested in maybe making 1x1 recreational plots that would be great! My ideas for a 1x1 recreational plot are as follows
    1. Outdoor laundromat
    2. Outdoor gun range
    3. Garden or swing set
    4. Something like a mess hall or eatery for an outdoor plot
    5. Firepit area
    6. Defensive or recreational plot that deploys robots. At each level, a new better robot spawns ( Protectron, Assualtron, Sentry,)

Residential plots are by far the simplest to make so next on the list (which I am starting now) is the 2x2 Residential. I have it 'stubbed in' the CK so I know the stuff will fit. Now it's just making it pretty and adding the levels / making the new walls. I need to make a 1/4 sized wall(s) so that will be fun. Of course it will be fully randomized so even if the mod only ends up having 2 plots, you'll have plenty to look at.

You have some great ideas and I want to make all of them and more! But it's a hobby so time is a thing. Plus I try to help kinggath and the team as much as I can on other SS2 projects. All that to say that I will make the 2x2 Residential plot. After that, it will be 'pick another type that sounds like I can actually make it' and go from there. :)

Oh, the 2x2 is going to be randomized as well? That's going to be nice. I have every settlement in the commonwealth maxed at 20 settlers I don't want to go more than that. I was saving the settlements in the DLC waiting for more add-ons so this sounds good I'll wait for the update

Um... don't wait on the 2x2. It's gonna be a hot minute / month or something. It's tedious.
The SS2 mod crew is really kicking out some great new addons. It's a gluttony of riches! Take your pick and have a ball.

Absolutely love this mod, great job.

Question on electric, how is it run, I have been deleting the pole but some times they light other times meh or just turn on self power.

Is it possible to have a conduit that is visible on the face/door side and we can delete the pole or is that a moot point?

NM just spotted it in the picture and I had "accidentally" mounted a conduit on the front of one.

BTW Having visited Favelas in Rio and Filipino villages you have nailed this idea.

Wow! Thanks very much for the compliment. I really appreciate it. It is hard to fit all you want in a 1x1 plot but the balcony was a must to get that look.
Your comment made my day. I appreciate it.

I'm working on getting the navmesh in. I have to make a fake NIF, navmeshs it, and then copy that to the CORE nif for the plot... which is just a doorframe.

Well, I fixed the issue of the plot not showing up for me finally. I'll attach two pics of what I did. The first pic shows the FormID and Editor ID one is in CAPS and the other is not. I just changed that to normal. I didn't think CAPS really made a difference. The second pic is the error I got when trying to save the changes. So I removed the esl flag and saved the changes. Soon as I loaded up the building plans the plot finally appeared and built. So one of those two changes fixed it.
