Don't be put off by the requirements, there are only a few that are absolutely required, the rest are to make the settlements as close to my complete vision as possible. I can't guarantee the results without all the mods I used, but feel free to experiment.

One curiosity, and this goes for all the settlement blueprints you've built so far, i've seen from my downloads of your settlements that you place Red Rocket as a Bar Restaurant or something, but isn't Red Rocket a sort of Gasoline Station, all i'm asking is with this change, put some lore as to how it suddenly became a restaurant since i'm all but confused also it's funny how i copy and pasted your design over a blueprint that has to do with a modded settlement Trudy's Drumlin Diner, just to expect some sort of competition or something lol.
I figured after wandering in the wasteland, the first thing anyone would want is a shot of booze. And since there are no longer any vehicles, it would make sense that the gasoline stations would have been dismantled or repurposed to make way for something more useful.

I usually just leave the castle as is in my game-play but I'll tinker and see what I can come up with.
