I pretty much skipped most locations to get here via an older save file i did back in 2014. Following the map to where to find this settlement, i scrapped everything so it's pretty much cleared of debris.


The settlement has a 57 in defence, possible 56 in food supply, all the stores are run by ghouls and there's two scavenger stations. A highly advance beacon has been put in the area where the store should be. I have 8 mods put into this Save Gamed.


Since everything is prety patched up for the mod that involves Settlement Keywords Expanded V.1.60



For this mod everything is patched up and i relied on the generators you see as well as having everything filled up already.


When downloading the mod for "ground", there will be both soil and gravel as those are the two types of ground i used for completing the plantations, which most of them are wild plants i used with the mod "Advanced Workshop Food Harvesting".

The Mayority of this settlement is the main game structures so it will look like what the pictures will offer. A variety of settlers may arrive at the settlement though i recommend ghouls settlers if you have a mod to make them appear at least here.
