I'm not sure what you mean. Are you talking about how the light reflects off the pipboy?
Remember that your environment affects how your pipboy displays (Light reflecting off the surface to make it look weird/give it a strange colour)

If this continues to be a problem, go to your fallout 4 directory, C:\...\Fallout 4\Data\textures\animobjects\pipboy and simply delete the pipboyscreen_d.dds. This will revert it back to the original screen.

If this continues to be a problem, go to your fallout 4 directory,
C:\...\Fallout 4\Data\textures\animobjects\pipboy
and simply delete the pipboyscreen_d.dds.
This will revert it back to the original screen.
