Version Diablo-Sauce
Migration of AWKCR-R into a patch file has been completed, and RO-R has gotten a hotfix to compensate for that! Took a few boring hours but we can finally start adding new content now! Exciting.
Also the 99 drugs bug was fixed- I meant to make it "chance none 99" but I ended up making it "count 99" LMAO

- AWKCR-R is now a hard requirement
- Removed NAGAMABAB- this will be the only thing EVER removed from here on out. Reason: Nagamabab is being moved into SMR-R! (Unreleased.) There is still the other 2 handed Shishkebab in RO-R, the Tachikebab. That is staying don't worry.
--I wasn't sure I'd be doing a content update for SMR before, just a small cleanup and rebalance, but now I'm certain.
- Further cleaned the leveled lists- most of the update work was actually in AWKCR-R. I'd do more but I'm tired as hell but want an update out. 0 xEdit errors in either file.
