Sorry, That's a big OOF on my part. I had converted the file from ESP to ESL and that means the items won't show up for you if you have the file as an ESP. I'll post the link to the mod here and then fix the issue as soon as I can. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/23751?tab=files

Okay so I uploaded a new version which fixes that and adds a new drink cooler to replace one that was removed from the Nexus.

Would be fantastic if it came with a NMM installer.

Well, it's a transfer settlement blueprint and those are really best installed manually.

how and where though? this stuff is infuriating me because theres no directions on any of the mods to where u put the JSON file. I have the transfer settlement, put it into pip boy and it always says "no blueprints found"

There is an instruction file in the download providing those details. Here's the excerpt you're looking for:

"...Data/F4SE/Plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints and into a folder numbered anywhere from 1 to 50."

What steamologist said. all blueprints go in Fallout 4/Data/F4SE/Plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints. each one has to be in its own individual folder. if there aren't any empty folders numbered from 1-50 here then make them and put your blueprints in them.

EDIT I updated the description with installation instructions.

    Beautiful build!

I really like the new layout and honestly kick myself for not thinking of a couple of these things myself like that fireplace.

    Good job!

Thanks. I did however take inspiration from another builder whose name I sadly cannot remember.

Looks like a nice, comfy little pad! I like the fireplace addition. Seems like something somebody would actually do.
