Yes. It requires an empty Sanctuary. I used "scrap everything" before building it. But for all I know there might be better alternatives now. It's been a while since uninstalled Fallout 4. And I haven't really kept myself up to date with new mods for the game.
This might seem like a very stupid question but......... Have you tried importing the blueprints using the "Transfer Settlements" holotape? The reason I ask is because a few people have downloaded blueprints thinking they would show up as soon as you had them installed using your favorite mod manager.
I tried, but no blueprints show up in the transfer settlements menu. It is blank, tried to restart a new game but that also did not show them. I am also using sanctuary lite to have it completely clear of homes and things in the way.
Strange. Maybe try to unzip- and add it to the proper folder manually. "F4SE/Plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/". Version 1 has slot number 14. Version 2 has slot number 15. But those can easily be changed if you already have blueprints with such numbers. When choosing "Import blueprint" it should show up as "bp_garrett_sanctuary". The number will depend on whther you stick to the slot number I chose for it. Or if you gave it another number in order not to interfere with the other blueprints you may have.
Manual install did the trick, works perfectly now and successfully imported. Awesome camp for my new minutemen conqueror campaign. Thank you for the help and the camp!
Happy you think so Your tents have become a must for me by now. They fit right in for what may be a sort of travelling trader camp or such. Or even a settlement
Can't say for sure. But I am using it for one of my characters right now - travelling to and fro quite regularly. And I haven't noticed anything odd. Except for the old houses showing up when at a distance. But I don't think that has to do with precombines.
