If you know how to use xEdit, it's easy enough to open the mod up and change the weather % chance. Just change the values for the rainy weather to 0 (and I think you have to raise the other weathers so they all equal 100...)
if my poorly written guide doesn't work, I can easily put up a rainless version in a few hours.
It crashes on start up with any files I use. Confused. I've tried all different files, the two to download if you don't have DLC and the one for DLC.. nothing works.. am sad
Thanks for sharing. I did a simple edit for my use so it changes only Nuka World as I have a self-modified edit of Unified Commonwealth Weather for the rest of my gaming. Just came back today as being increasingly senile I'd forgotten to endorse when I downloaded a whole year ago!
I know this isn't really an original mod by any means, and other mods are known to do the foggy aesthetic much better, I just wanted to make an alternative to Fog of War that was also DLC friendly and used vanilla assets.
I do like WH and what it does, I just want something a bit more lightweight if that makes sense

It's a shame how the awesome mod just isnt really compatible with my other favorite mod NAC
