      Unless you use PRP this mod should be the last in your LO. Been using for years without a crash. Its user error. Not the mod

    Great mod although I couldn't stop the flickering on the street between my old house and the workshop and the house next to my old house. It was too annoying to play with but the rest was beautiful. I discovered a few bugs while installing the mod- I switched from the w version to the full. I was walking around Sanctuary Hill when I spotted a familiar face...mine. I approached myself and tried to interact but kept mimicking myself- "Hey" Hey. So I did the only thing I could think of and opened fire on the imposter. It was hilarious because I had also installed head tracking and player comments. When I had finished blasting myself into pieces I said... "This is awkward"  A classic FO4 moment. If only I had been recording. Also whenever I disabled and re-enabled the mod it duplicated all items including the "Special" book SCORE! Thanks for your hard work. Afterward I was thinking I wished I had a mod installed so I could have enlisted myself as a follower. Cheers

      blessings, you ever figure out how to fix the street flickering? I uninstalled the mod but yeah its messed up.

      Unless you use PRP this mod should be the last in your LO. Fixed all the issues for me aside from the floating trees across the bridge. Sanctuary looks too good to not use this tho

    So far everything is good. Some things to point out: The beds in the settlement don't register, the read at zero. I tried moving them and placing them back down, they register afterwards but then they sink to the floor, You can add your own beds but they too sink to the floor too. Also I noticed one of the houses has bright purple squares. This is a texture issue I think.

    I've got The Sanctuary & The Sanctuary M.t, I just need those right? Also noticed it changed the color to the Homemaker exoanded menu mod.

    Хотелось бы вариант без мебели и дверей,так как есть своя мебель из модов,и двери разнообразные.А у  кого вылетает игра заходя в  санкчуари,смотрите  моды которые вы установили,у меня мод с школьными партами вылет делал,а так все работает,и каждый раз когда вы в  каком то поселение загружаете мод с новым и чистым поселением,домами итд,то санкчуари надо мод удалить,и снова поставить,то вернется все обратно,этот мод не любить когда после него,что то еще загружаете,есть мод который удаляет все,такой мод делает провалы на территории,мерцание.

    I must say that this mod is what I was looking for: An environment mod that does not need other mods. I used many similar mods but I had always problems when in-game. Either because of Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints that I could not use properly and had ALWAYS weird graphical problems or it crashed while building. Or when similar mod needed (many, many) other mods. After installing mass of mods the result: Very often CTDs.

    Back to this mod... Sanctuary and Red Rocket are completely (well-done) furnished - outside and inside. Especially Sanctuary looks very beautiful. I looked in all houses (opened all doors) and looked around. And: Everywhere is clean, so no dirty things here and there. 

    BUT: I had the issue that some houses had no walls and roofs (but all the furniture inside). What I did before: I had full save in Concorde (inside the Museum) before I activated this mod. I also helped Codsworth to kill the bad animals (so, Codsworth Quest done). Activated it then walked to Red Rocket. Opened the secured doors. No weird issues here. Then walked to Sanctuary. No, here was something wrong. Some houses had no walls and roof (but all the furniture inside). So I made Fast Travel to Concorde, went to Museum (inside), waited 48 hours (while sitting), Fast Travel to Sanctuary. ALL houses had now walls and roofs. So, no issues anymore. It means then: After installing such mods (environment) we must be far away from the mentioned place (like INSIDE in The Museum), activated the mod, start game again and wait at least 48 hours then visit that place.

    I used this mod earlier, but the newest version had big weird issues. Trees stand in the air and walking to Sanctuary meant often CTD. Today I read almost all POSTS comments and someone said that using main 1 file's version 7.9 (OLD file) would be less buggy and would work fine with the file M.T. (Meshes and Textures). So, I downloaded these two files (not the newest one).

    Clicked on: ENDORSE and VOTE. Thumbs up, buddy (the author)!

      I have noticed some errors/issues/problems:

      1) Red Rocket houses (doors) are locked and I have to unlock using bobby pins. But I have the feeling that the doors are 'locked back' when loading saves.

      2) One building in Red Rocket has no borders. Walls are there but are so that I can 'walk through'. 

      3) It looks like that Sanctuary area has no mod issues, but I must test it more intensively.

      Question 1: Can I use just the Sanctuary file or is Red Rocket file a must-have with Sanctuary?
      Question 2: To be sure, what is the exact load order for the plugin? I loaded it at the bottom, after FOLIP and PRP, but before Scrap Everything - Ultimate.esp and Bashed Patch, 0.esp (right pane of Mod Organizer V2).

      Hey man. Been using this mod for a while and have no issues. I find it works best after getting the crew back to Sanctuary and then fast travel to the Concord Speakeasy and i wait downstairs for 2 full in game days. Then go back and all should be good. Mine is loaded just before PRP and no issues but make sure its loaded very late. 
      For reference im also using Rockin Red Rocket. Not sure if they are completely compatible but no issues, clipping, or flickering textures so im assuming they are fine together. 
      And i wouldnt separate the files. They were made to work together or they'd be separate files.

    Excellent job with this mod and one of my favs!  the only thing  some of us dislike is the trash left in red rocket truck stop in front bay windows and along the left side of the garage on the ground. is it possible for you to give us a update to remove tht lingering trash left thr? even if i use console command  (disable and markfordelete) the trash comes back after fast traveling or restarting the game.

    Buddy this is definitely the best sanctuary mod on site. Hope you'll get better.
    But does anyone know why some houses are missing?

      teleporting to red rocket also gives invisible house walls
