    Main issue with this mod is that the More Vault Rooms requirement can't be fulfilled because the mod is gone from Nexus and so far it is not online to download. Does anyone have a workaround or another mod that can fill what is asked of this one for a requirement?

      I had not checked on this mod for a while, so I wasn't aware a requirement is now gone. I don't have a lot of free time but in the coming weeks I should be able to find some time to fix that

    Would be Very Nice if you added the "More Vault Rooms" Requirement. Went to use your layout. and was told by the Mod that I was Missing "More Vault Rooms" Plugin. So yeah. That seems to be the Only Requirement that isn't included.

    Would this work if using Sim Settlements 1 instead of 2 if I installed the WRK mod separately for the assets?

      WRK requires SS2. SS1 and SS2 are not compatible.

      Yeah I think I wanted to use a more "minimalistic" extension mod, but hey if "All Settlements Extended" works for you that's great. I've used it in the past and it worked for me too. Maybe I'll test it out as well.

    side note, or thought. i've so excited to use this, however the other day something strange happened. i came down the round from taffington and just befor the bend was the mayor standing beside the road. Never seen this... did he just kill that caravan?... wait are those the people of covenant?  WOAH!!  why are they suddenly hostile??!!?!?!? ... ... ... wow, umm they're all ..  dead... i ... i had no choice... 
    i guess i'll have to get NEW settlers now... pity

    now i have No idea why and am sure has Nothing to do with this mod, don't really care, always hated the covenant quests anyway, but i would like to have had the people in the settlement... bummer, guess i will be building on their graves now

      Yeah, I heard that happens often with Covenant due to rare situations where ownership of stuff like turrets is wrong, just in case I suggest scrapping the original turrets and completing all quests before using the mod, I guess I should put that in recommendations. Though, it was still weird that the mayor was there.

    do it the overwelming bug issues with 'your' settlement expansion mod, i use 'All Settlements Extended' and have had no issues, so far with SS2 builds. this isn't loading into my city plan options. it may  or may not be the expansion mod req. Please ?!?!? can you kill/negate said req and allow us to take our chances, i.e. be responsible for our choices.??? i REALLY really want this in my game.... i want to make it Great .... again...   

    i gave you an endorsement for your efforts , and if you/we can get this to work i'll slip you a Kudo         .  or maybe a ..oh..umm.. Hershey bar

    Just posting to say this looks like a fantastic build!  Wow, the amount of work alone is very impressive.  Wish I could use it but yeah, the expansion mod just causes too many issues in my save, been there, done that.  Still, just wanted to compliment you on this accomplishment.

    Glad you guys like it, regarding your comments:

    -  are these walls from Wasteland Reconstruction Kit?
    The walls are from Snappy, I find it has a lot of really solid looking build sets, unfortunately that adds a requirement to this mod

    -  requirement for one of the larger build area mods 
    Indeed, that can cause some glitches. Unfortunately I had to do it to build Covenant up all the way to the river. I have not seen any disappearing or displaced workbenches, but I've seen settlers and other NPCs deciding to travel all around the world map. Suddenly the Abernathys and even Sturges and Preston showed up at my town. Sometimes they leave. I don't know if this is a common bug or what.

    I suppose you can use it without the extension mod, in that case any plots outside the vanilla boundaries will not be usable and can be safely scrapped. Maybe I'll post an extra version of the layer file for this use case :)

    its a cool-looking settlement,
    but i have some reservations due to the requirement for one of the larger build area mods-
    everyone one that's currently on the nexus that im aware of has issues/bugs- most frequently ones with vanishing/displaced workbences
