Works great. Gives a nice mix of the ghoul designs to add some variety to the looks the player is facing.

Luckily More Feral ghouls mod was given to a new mod author. A shame it says they are incompatible. I Would really like to use the old style ghouls as well.

I'm curious as to what the reason is for the incompatibility.  If it's just adding more ghoul varieties, why is it incompatible???

To Add ghoul varieties you have to change the Leveled NPC list. Two mods modify the same Leveled NPC list then they are not compatible.

Wouldn't a bash patch and/or a patch incorporating both changes (easily done with F04:Edit) make the two compatible?

If someone could make a patch that makes this compatible with FGEP, that'd be great!!!

The author of FGEP says has a script injected version. In that case this mod should be at least partially compatible with it. I personally hate script injecting because once injected your save file is pretty much locked into having the mod installed. I don't do script injecting so mod can be removed and maybe will get some bad results of already spawned stuff but future spawns will not have a problem.

Always on the lookout for good creature mods so, when I see  one that seems like it'll fit well in the world of Fallout, I immediately give it a shot!

    Pros:
Greatly diversifies the Feral Ghoul spawns without replacing our mash potatoed face beauties.
Compatible with the AMAZING Fallevil - Paleheads mod by Arroganz82, they work together nicely.

    Cons:
    Literally nothing.

10/10, this mod is freaking perfect and I love it, will never play FO4 without it! ?

Is it possible to edit this mod leveled list settings to get the vanilla ghouls to spawn less than the FO3 ghouls?

Has anyone tested this for compatibility with Unique Creatures?

I have not looked at Unique Creatures in years but from memory this is highly unlikely to be compatible. Fallout 3 - NV Feral Ghouls Replacer without this mod might be partially compatible.

What about the new version that does not require AWKCR? Apparently the the new version of SMR also doesn't require the compatibility patch which means that both are fully compatible with each other alongside the no-AWKCR version of Raider Overhaul.

I just got a CTD with the new one that doesn't require AWKCR. Buffout 4 traced it back to Unique Creatures with that patch.

Have you checked if it was a load order issue?

I CAN CONFIRM THIS WILL WORK WITH UNIQUE NPC AND CREATURES.

However you will need to make a few modifications in Xedit to get them to play nice. I.E. changed the leveled NPC settings to match or make a merge patch. It isn't all too difficult. There are a lot of great youtube videos that are so simple that even someone who never heard of Xedit can follow it.

The link you gave is back to this mod. I don't know anything about the Whispering hills mod after finding it with a search.

Here is a fixed link, Whispering Hills.? I also use The deadly Commonwealth Expansion?.

I'm using all three and my game freezes whenever I go to corvega to kill the raiders in the plant.

Can you make a mod like this for CW Brotherhood outfits?? One that does not replace the vanilla scribe outfits but instead adds it to the level lists?

That is an interesting idea to me but I doubt will find the time to do it. Is also the issue of really how popular such a mod would be. I think this mod is really great when I am playing but number of downloads is relatively small. It is really hard to be motivated to write mods for the public when so few will even bother to check the endorsement box.

Ghoulification is a Mutation as far as the lore can tell. So this is probably lore-friendly. (don't quote me on that)
