Well, I found the trap door under the table. I'm assuming the bedroom is upstairs behind the fallen debris clutter? I'm unsure how to get in there nor how to activate workshop mode? Although I get the feeling this doesn't have that feature and there might very been a misunderstanding. Or I need to adjust my load order. Thanks friend.
Thanks! I'm not really sure what an ESL-flagged ESP does but I watched a video guide and then updated the mod. Hopefully it should be marked as 'light' I believe.
Oh, I see you said that you've only made FNV mods before this. I guess ESL-flagging wasn't a thing for that game. That hadn't occurred to me! Yes, ESLs are new to fo4. They're light mods that don't take up one of the 255 plugin limit slots in a load order. The down-side of a pure ESL is that you can't control their placement in the load order like you would be able to with a regular ESP. However, now you can flag small ESPs with the ESL flag, meaning they get the best of both worlds. You can control their placement in a load order like a regular ESP, but they don't take up an actual plugin slot like an ESL. No need to merge mods for the most part anymore. It only takes less than a minute in FO4Edit to do yourself. There's still alot of small mods being released without the ESL-Flag these days, though. And a ton of old mods that could use the ESL-flaggin'. It's generally good practice to always check and see if you can give a mod the ESL flag when you install a new mod nowadays. This can easily be done for any mod with less than 2ooo records. So - outside of basic conflicts - there's no reason not to have a mod like this. I don't have any other mods that touch that location, so why not? Doesn't take up a slot. And yes, your updated file now has the ESL-flag. :3

My humble suggestion is to convert this into an ESL-flagged ESP.
