The effect is not mentioned since its not a legendary effect. But you can test it out by sneaking up on an enemy while staying in the shadows and hidden. Then just unequip and re-equip the costume and see how that affects the stealth indicator. Don't be surprised tho, 25 points of the shadowed effect isn't actually that much more stealth (maybe 5% or so).
But it just makes sense for the Silver Shroud costume to give better stealth in dark areas, which is why I added it.
Do you think this would be compatible with a mod that enables weaves and linings? Because I currently use one.
Also, I've been looking for a mod so that you can leave calling cards on Raiders/Triggermen, hostile synths, all 'baddies' whenever you're in the outfit. So you can be the shroud for more than just one quest. If it's not your thing I'll head onto the forums.
Crime and Punishment https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/42857 has what you are looking for in regards to your second request. Great mod in my opinion.
hi, great idea, but I am using some mods that allow for the weave and linings as well. Without driving you crazy, what did you do in terms of changing the actual coding on the shroud coat? thanks
