A lore-friendly retexture of the Dirty Postman's outfit to befit a lone scavenger in the Commonwealth wastes.

You've stumbled out of the vault. Either from a military sense of awareness or the intellect of a lawyer, you realize that your vault suit is too conspicuous to wear. You stumble into the ruins of your pre-war home and check the closets. The only remaining articles are a faded jacket from the Fraternal Order and a tattered pair of khaki jeans. You also notice an old law school book bag.

Replaces the Dirty Postman outfit with a more lore-friendly outfit for adventurers. Uses Tookie's brown jacket as well as changing the pants to a khaki color. I have removed "US MAIL" from the mailbag.
Compatible with everything except the Dirty Postman outfit. I think you should be able to use the shoulder bag mod with this, but I do not know if it will show your bag or the bag baked on to the outfit. Texture flashing might occur. I have not tested this. Should affect a few NPCs. Will mess with making this a separate outfit once the GECK comes out.
Future plans: Changing the patch on the arm to a Fraternal Order badge, doing something with the shirt and tie to look better, and making the shoes into hiking boots.
