   There is a change happening. 
   I know how to build these presets as you can see.
   But. I have no idea how to help you when you have a problem.
   When I have a problem, I Google it and keep at it until I find a solution.
   That can take a long time but it’s the price we pay to mod Bethesda games.
   Effective immediately the comments will be turned off.

      Hi, you need to unpack the zip file. I use 7-zip. Go there they have instructions on how to use it.
