I'm ending development of this. Nexus Mod Manager was fixed and Mod Organizer is working too. In the end you're better off using those since they have better features. Thanks for the support and have fun.
It keeps telling me to download Net4.5, but I my pc wont let me. It says that I already have it or a more recent version of it. Any way else I can get this mod manager?
Thanks for the NMM, but I don´t speak english an some things are dificults for me, but I find this spanish web where they explain same things about this https://fallout4.es/nexus-mod-manager-para-fallout-4/ maybe i can help other people.
Is there one of these that will actually work from Zip files? This one works with maybe 1 out of 10, and I cannot download any of the FOMM files , they never start downloads here. So basically with this I can install maybe 1 out of 10 mods from zips. And it will never activate existing ones in fallout 4 without installing them from the FOMM manager install feature.
There is no manually resetting a mod from a zip file, either it works or it does not. Most will not work.
Errors - It asks to install via "mod Manager" I accept, then program loads, infinite load at 0% in mod manager, any file from Nexus (that are from the Mod Manager Category)
Nexus should have these manually downloadable, then selectable, not demanding the MM working
Attempts at fix (failed) - Allowing FOMM - full read/write access via firewall
As of today I am stuck with steam mod manager, and it's been failing mods reset any time I reload a save spot. And I may no longer be able to use any mod due to the mods resetting.

The new alpha 2 of MO seems to work pretty good.

EDIT: Turns out Mod Organizer should be running fine on Windows 8/10.
Windows 7 is making problems for some reason.
