Replaces the NAC X Vignette with an Static HUD just for the Looks.

So this is in my Opinion the Best Light Version. It is a good decoration of you hud without beeing to bright and distracting. Just Replace the VignetteLight File in the Textures/NAC/effects folder with this one.
