Here is my red rocket Nuka World settlement. Was hoping for it to be vanilla, but the message box said armor keywords and deployable turrets was necessary. I imagine that the deployable turrets ignorable and one could add their own turrets...not sure about the keywords though. I killed all the raiders so this is set up for normal settlers.
