new improvement over the ADS - Aim Down Sight for 3rd person view

New 3rd person Aim Down Sight Animations for both gender
Decided to uploaded as a whole new file for new comers since a lot of people don't know Better 3rd Person Animations at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community exists.
Like i said before this is a more tactical approach on the ADS animations from any previous animations i made. it's not perfect but it's very well down
*you don't need this if you have or download the custom camera mod but for those who don't and are lazy you need this in your Fallout4Custom.ini

--- for now only rifles cus shotguns and snipers are broken thanks to the engine limitation, nothing i can do about it sorry.
