Yes, this will be the last mod in the series. Since releasing James' Ruin a year ago, I've moved on to leading the Fallout: Vault 13 team, which is an upcoming total conversion mod for Fallout 4 that seeks to remake and reimagine the original Fallout in Fallout 4's engine. As far as the conclusion to the story of this mod series goes, in lieu of releasing another quest mod or two, I'll be releasing a text synopsis instead that will wrap everything up. More information about this coming soon.

the submarine drops us off at the dock, I have kelan and the other two, but nothing more happens and they follow me everywhere. Is there nothing more after the island blows up?
So it seemed that there is more after getting to the dock. I haven't been able to figure out a solution yet, but I am not able to continue to the next quest. I tried

Going to a strange milk machine in commonwealth, dropping the memory retainer in it, but it did nothing. That was what I was told by PROGRESS. So I am assuming there is a trigger not happening after we get to the dock. Reloading a save, I briefly hear katerina speak then she stopped. So something is preventing her from finishing her conversation.
if he is committed to fixing bugs as mentioned in description, I do hope he fixes the quests. It seems after Whitman's shelter, the mods thereafter contain bugs that have yet to be fixed, repeatable bugs. I think the issue with whitman's shelter is that these mods are not compatible with PRP. I do understand life events, so I am not pushing it, just providing the feedback he asked for in his description pages of the mods.
So, reloading from a save about 30 minutes earlier, I was able to get through after using commands tcl and tfc (disable clipping and dialogue camera), then re-enabled, and after they were done killing the mirelurks that were near the drop off point, I was able to continue the quest. This quest seemed the buggiest out of them all, but if you are skilled enough to use console commands, you can manage to complete the mod. Some walls were missing though, letting weird lights through, and given they were in new areas (not vanilla commonwealth, but new lands), I don't believe it is a PRP conflict. Whatever the case, in finishing this mod, the story was much better than the others. I kind of felt sad at the end how it all ended. Definitely could of used one more line to wrap it up a little better, but I had read he was just going to drop a text dialogue to wrap it all up.
Right up until I got out of the elevator, top floor ... looking for the Command Room. I ended up with all the companions dead and at my feet, while standing on a broken bridge with no way to cross to the control on the other side. No way to get there from the water either.
Not currently, but that may change in the future. There are some emerging technologies that I'm looking into that could mimic the sound of Nate and Nora. I'll be investigating it more in the future.
Severe bug.. in Trouble of the Horizon, upon finding Initiate Kane, and the "ambush" happens, my player is thrown to the ground and I lose control. Trouble is, after the scene plays out, my character is stuck lying on the ground and I cannot do anything. Any help with console commands or that sort? Thanks.
Found a solution : as soon as you finish "find Initiate Kane", if you sprint like hell and get back in the caverns before the ambush starts, you will get back up again. It did that to me as well, and also at one point in James's Journey, and it worked by leaving the cell I was in.
After defeating the Vault Dwellers, and was locked out, I just used the "Unlock" command to unlock the door. That way, I can advance to the next part of the mission. This mod's storyline was very nice. Wish there was more to it though. I love that gas mask girl a lot, because of her voice filer. She makes a good leader too. I have faith in her with Kyra.
I understand your want to make them different, as they are, but is there a chance that they could all be bundled together, like an all in one, to combine not only the BA2s, but also the ESPs?

Excellent quest mod, only bproblem i have is during the quest Countdown when you have to find Kyra, Katarina and Kelan will not follow and i cant interact with anybody. Really enjoyed playing this series up until this point.
The dialogue with Kyra should start automatically when you approach her. Katarina and Kelan should also start following you when their dialogue is completed. If that's not happening, try reloading the save and going through the conversation at the bottom of the elevator again.
im having this same issue Kyra just looks at me and nothing happens.
well i found a way around it, gonna type it here cuz i found 2 other comments with the same issue;
Open Console { Type: Setstage aJRMQ9 180 Type: Setstage aJRMQ9 181 Type: Setstage aJRMQ9 185 } Close Console
then look for an elevator from the four around u with a connected bridge and click on the button the quest will progress normally. the alt-tab out and watch the conversation u skipped on youtube :/

It did that to me as well, and also at one point in James's Journey, and it worked by leaving the cell I was in.
