Installed mod and it appeared to work. Had to interact with workshop to provoke it all. Made the second floor(personal area of my PC) the fast travel site as the third floor is the home of 10-12 companions.
But tried to sleep on my second floor bed and was told: "you cannot sleep when asked to leave". WTH! My char OWNS the flat and only she can do that (and she has not).
So I moved the fast travel to the Companion third floor (where I can sleep on one of their beds) but it made no difference. WTH is going on?
Addendum:
I removed the mod from the first save using it but the "cannot sleep bug" was baked into the save with or without the mod and so I could not sleep anywhere on the flats. Al of my companions must have received the same message as they ALL went home in a mass exodus. I spent several days trying to solve the problem but NOTHING worked. In the end I bit the bullet and removed the whole CC Neon flats mod as well as this one, then reinstalled the CC and had to do the quest all over again and now I have my bed back although the workload in moving 15 sets of power armor and returning them plus the need to grab all other possessions made me waste half a day. BE WARNED!
When I established a supply line to the top floor, it doesn't show a line on the map, possibly because there's no map marker for it. This is a bit crucial for me because I'm using a survival mod that allows me to only fast travel to somewhere I have a supply line to. I can fast travel from the top floor (not the second floor, understandably), but I can't fast travel to it. Any solutions? i already installed the optional file that changed the fast travel marker to the top floor but it didn't do anything.
This is the main issue of this mod, you need to go to the 3rd floor and when you are sinking write "coc GoodneighborTheMemoryDen" then go to the 3rd floor as usually and you should be okay
I just installed this mod and had no problems. Are you on the next-gen update? I'm not, I'm still on 1.10.163. That might be the issue. I know the next-gen update broke another Creation Club player home, Noir Penthouse.
Installed today and it works just fine, no issues. I'm on pre next-gen if that matters.
UPDATE: Well it actually does have issues, but not if you're playing vanilla. That should be fine. What I discovered was it appears to conflict with Sim Settlements 2 in a big way and bugs out the entire HQ/settlement gameplay system added by SS2. I would not recommend running this mod with SS2. It breaks SS2. I have a clean save prior to the installing this mod and SS2 works fine. The very next save game after installing and claiming Neon Flats as a settlement, it broke SS2. The only thing that changed between those save games was adding this mod and claiming Neon Flats, so it has to be this mod somehow messing with settlement registration in a way SS2 doesn't like.
Was literally using this as a home when I thought to myself,, "Gah, wish I the fast travel marker wasn't at the bottom floor. And why can't I send companions there?! SO AGGRAVATING!" Then I came across this mod and it kills two birds with one stone. God bless you!

it's installed in vortex, enabled everything, but it's not working :'(
Edit: Weird! I fast travelled in and out a few times and it worked. :P

EDIT: Fixed it by console command 'coc goodneighborthememoryden' then walked into the top floor
